Services for companies

Creative labs, workshops, tailor-made training programmes and cultural events.

We design experiential learning paths built around the specific context of each company: its goals, its culture and the people involved. Every workshop is a chance to learn creative techniques by making something real.

Our training projects grow out of direct dialogue, and bring together methodological rigour, academic experience and hands-on practice.

Learning new techniques, alternating guided reflection with experimentation. Through making, we also practise curiosity, empathy, collaboration and trust.

In creative work, languages and dynamics shift: people communicate without words, make decisions together, deal with the unexpected, discover new ways of working and relating — and watch something special take shape in their own hands, in very little time.

Some of the skills we help develop

  • Creative thinking and idea generation
  • Active listening and understanding needs
  • Exploring and reframing problems
  • Experimentation and prototyping
  • Collaboration and co-design

Services for individuals

Small-group workshops, to learn something practical and creative or to go deeper into a passion.

We run small-group workshops for anyone who wants to learn something practical and creative, or to explore a passion further through a special moment of making.

Ceramics, illustration, cooking, the art of perfume: different experiences, all sharing the same pleasure in making, experimenting and learning by doing. Our workshops are led by highly skilled professionals who have chosen to join the Lettera Blu project: sharing what they know and bringing their craft into informal, convivial and enjoyable settings.

Whether in your own city or as a reason to travel and discover a place through an experience, to meet new people and give yourself some time, our workshops are occasions to cultivate your own garden. For yourself, for friends, or for the people you care about: a way to make a day special, to give time and attention to what intrigues you, to go deeper into a technique and rediscover — through your hands and through making — the pleasure of being fully present in what you are living.
